Research shows that kids do better on tests, improve concentration, handle homework and perform better in sports when they use stress busting tools. They also feel better about life, are not as easily frustrated and are able to better cope with stress in general. Attend a class to discover fun relaxation exercises that kids can use to help manage stress.
